Komen graag in de Holterhof, zeker omdat het maar vijf minuutjes rijden is van ons huis. Altijd goede ervaringen gehad. Echter werden deze anders door een mannelijke medewerker die ons niet aardig vindt en weten nog steeds niet waarom. Gelukkig was er een de laatste keer een jongedame die onze situatie zeer goed begreep. Dat was mede de reden dat wij terug zijn gekomen naar deze sauna. Maar mijn echtgenoot stond vandaag weer bij de balie en werd weer niet door deze persoon geholpen. Hij keek mijn man aan en draaide zich om. Hebben daarom twee keer op de bel gedrukt. Daarna wilden wij wat eten en drinken. Werden weer niet geholpen. Wel door een jongedame die liever wilde dat we weggingen zonder over de situatie te praten. Helaas komen wij na heel veel jaren nooit meer bij terug ondanks dat wij vlakbij wonen. Kreeg wel een email van de Holterhof vanwege mijn mail gezien deze situatie en het enige wat zij kunnen schrijven is, er zijn altijd twee kanten. Sorry maar ben van een generatie dat klant altijd koning was. Het enige wat je wilt is eten en drinken, maar kan het helaas niet zelf halen. Absoluut geen aanrader!

This place was maybe nice once by now it’s run down and the breakfast looked like they just put out last night’s dinner leftovers.

Mooie locatie en rustig. Appartementen zijn behoorlijk gedateerd. Verfbeschadiging op deuren en kozijnen, verouderde douche, wastafel en wc. Bed ligt goed met prima stevige kussen.
Een moderne renovatie zal de appartementen goed doen.

Al meerdere keren gast geweest, altijd een fijn verblijf.
De kamer zou een leeslampje en een hordeur mogen hebben. Als het warm is is het vrij benauwd op de kamer.

Spændende hotel meget afsides beliggende. Spa- område meget benyttet af udefra kommende gæster. Dage uden badetøj!
